At Custom Gifts, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.


Defective/Damaged/Default Item (s)

If you receive a defective, damaged or default item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that we may require you to provide photo evidence of the defect, damage or default.


Lost/Missing Items

If you don't receive your package after 30 days of your purchase. We will work with you to locate and ship your replacement items, or process a refund. Please note that all orders are shipped with a tracking number, and we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery.


Replacement/Refund Process

If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will process your request within 3-5 business days. Replacement items will be shipped out to you at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.



Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as:

- Misspellings, incorrect size, and blurred photos. We recommend that you double check all personalization and sizing information before submitting your order.

- Improper use and care.
