SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping for all orders over $50.

Please note:

- Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Usually the shipping time (after production completed): 5-10 business days

- Delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.

- Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the package and the destination.

- We are not responsible for any taxes and/or duties that may be applied to international orders.

- If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number after your order has been shipped. You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If you enter an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered. If your item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the item.

We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The orders will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
